Dean Lupini graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Mathematics, then moved back to Sudbury to finish a Masters of Applied Science at Laurentian.  He specialized in 3D graphics applications, and gathered work experience in Sudbury as well as "Silicon Valley" in California prior to starting a business.  Dean now owns Key Logic, a software development service provider for mining and engineering.

In his spare time, Dean takes advantage of Sudbury's short summers through mountain biking, playing soccer and coaching teams in the dragon boat festival.  For the other seasons Dean enjoys playing squash, studying guitar and piano, and home improvement projects.

Dean has been participating with the Young Professionals Association since his return to Sudbury,   and became an executive member after entering Sudbury's workforce in 2007.  He hopes to see the organization continue to grow and provide opportunity for Sudbury's future leaders.

Steven Doni has been a member of the Young Professional Association for the past three years. This is his second year as part of the executive. His position involves organizing the monthly socials and personal development events.

Steven is a licensed mortgage broker. He currently owns and operates Family Group Mortgages with his father, Frank Doni. In the past he has also owned and ran a hockey school and training facility (The Hockey Range).

Steven graduated from Durham College in Oshawa with a Sports Administration diploma. Several years ago he attended Seneca College in Toronto and obtained his mortgage broker license. He is constantly taking courses on-line and out of town to upgrade his skills in his chosen career.

Steven has a lifelong enjoyment for all sports, especially hockey and golf. He has a membership at Goodlife Fitness and makes time to attend several times a week. He also enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Steven will bring many new and fun ideas to help to improve and promote the Young Professional Association. He is looking forward to having another successful year being part of the Y.P.A.
